    I am still waiting for my washing

    I am still waiting for my washing machine. I can not fault the delivery people they ring and let you now when they are comming so no long days waiting but i have recieved 2 very damaged washing machines that were clearly damaged during packaging and transport before they were loaded onto delivery vans.1 is a pain but it happens but to send out the 2nd damaged its not good business.     Delivery was after the time Sainsburys

    Delivery was after the time Sainsburys had given but the driver had warned us hours before that this would likely be the case.

    They suggested as the appliance was not to be fitted straight away that we leave the packing in place, but the forms we sign suggest that by doing so we waived any rights!

    Happily the product is fine on close inspection though we have to dispose of the packing. Read Full Review »
