    We did have missed messages about the delivery day and time, we received a text the night before to say what time it was coming.     Ordered monday night, because of availability and a very reasonable price, delivered saturday morning by considerate driver and his daughter who both knew their stuff.     Although the delivery was made at the end of the delivery slot, the men were very helpfull. They unpacked the fridge-freezer outside as access would have been tight through the doorway.

    Terrible experience. Delivery slipped by over a week, and even then I only knew of the situation when the goods never arrived and I telephoned them.
    Two delviery dates were not met. While they refunded the delivery cost after their first error, they would not offer to pay for the installation or collection of old machine even though by this time we d been without a washing machine for almost a wee... Read Full Review »

    Sainsburys specified 7 to 10 days delivery. However 10 days after ordering we were informed the delivery (by the manufacturer) would be a further 2 weeks away.     Web site and order process is good, delivery planning was great but the system lied, it agreed to a delivery schedule that was subsequently postponed twice amounting to well over a weeks delay.
