    Very impressed with the service - the phone calls to let us know delivery time and then the driver keeping us informed about his arrival time. The fact that the delivery men unpacked the appliance and took away all the packaging material was very much appreciated. An excellent service providing a competitively priced appliance.     Got informed a couple of days after ordering that delivery would be a week late. Very frustrating as it means that we are without a washing machine for a week.

    I was very impressed with the level of service. Within hours of placing my order I received a curtesy call to confirm my order & to explain their delivery proceedure. The following evening i received a call to advise the 4 hour time banding for the next day when the appliance would be delivered and on the day of delivery the driver phoned half an hour b4 calling to ensure everything was ok.Deliver...     Order arrived in 2 days, other retailers quoted 1 week, not helpful when your fridge freezer has broken down and you need new one urgently.
