    Originally ordered washing machine through excellent Sainsburys website. Everything clear and simple. Delivery confirmed for 2 days later. Did not receive text day before delivery as expected so phoned customer services. They informed me there was a technical problem so would not receive delivery.     Freezer was not delivered as it had got lost and could not be located. I only founbd out about this when I rang to find out what time it was being delivered as I had not been phoned as was promised. The next delivery they could give me was 28th November so I cancelled the order and got a refund. To be fair the last time I ordered from Sainsbury s everything went like clockwork,.     I found Sainsbury s to be very easy to deal with, they kept me informed every step of the way. Their delivery drivers were helpful and courteous.
    My only complaint lies with Kelkoo, the price advertised on their site was not the price Sainsbury s quoted. I took this up with Sainsbury s but they said that the fault was with Kelkoo not keeping their price guide up to date. Read Full Review »

    Ordered fridge and advised preferred delivery date 5-6 days hence. Received 3 e Mails advising confirmation of the delivery date. Two nights before delivery was due (12th Nov 2008) Phone message left advising out of stock - delivery now advised for 8th December 2008.     The overall service was good, it would have been excellent were it not for the delivery men.
    They refused to bring the fridge through the kitchen door, saying the gap was too small and the door needed to be removed. I measured the fridge and the door and said it would fit, they disagreed.

    Was informed of delivery time the evening before. In the morning of the delivery day received another phone call to say they were running late as delivery lorry had broken down.
