The delivery date had been very carefully selected well in advance. We received the time slot confirmation the evening before delivery, however within a short time, regretfully this was then canceled. The appliance had been damaged during delivery to the warehouse. unfortunately my cooker was damaged in warehouse/transit so I could not accept it, as my kitchen was being fitted I had to go to another supplier to get one, customer services at sainsbury had to arrange for a repayment of my money. It seems that a lot of kitchen appliances comes from the same warehouse, perhaps more care of products should be taken there. Delivery guys were great. Read Full Review »

This product was priced at £915 plus delivery not £795.65 and at about 10am on the day of the delivery it was cancelled and I had to phone to arrange a new delivery date, the best they would offer was a full week later. Read Full Review »

I was contacted the day before with a 4 hour delivery time slot - which is rare these days. On day of delivery the couriers contacted me in the morning to give me a more definite time, and then contacted me again when they were an hour away.

Ordered cooker to be delivered on 8th Dec when our kitchen was to be fitted. Phone call to say that it would be delayed to 12th. Put back kitchen fitters. They take your order 19 Oct but don't tell you they will taking your money there and then, even when item is not available. Poor experience - let down by announcing fridge/freezer was out of stock 30 minutes after confirming a delivery time.
