I have just taken delivery of a Bosch dishwasher from this site. I can't recommend them highly enough. When I placed the order on 12/12/2008 I was advised the delivery date would be 17/12/2008. I received a text on the evening of Tuesday 16th confirming delivery the next day and then a further text giving me a 4 hour slot, which was great as I didn't have to wait in all day. Excellent all round from ordering to receiving my appliance.
I was contacted well in advance by text and by phone to give me an idea of the delivery time.
I was also given a courtesy call afterwards to make sure every thing was ok.
