The delivery arrived 50 minutes in to the four hour slot, and we were called 15 minutes before hand to say they were on their way. The delivery men quickly installed our new washing machine and took the old one away, well worth paying the additonal fee. Read Full Review »

The Fridge Freezer was showing as in stock when I ordered it, the money was taken immediately from my credit card...confirmation emails received for 2 weeks upto and including day before delivery. Was able to dictate delivery date and was given a specific 4 hour delivery slot which was adhered to. A follow up telphone call and text reminded me of the delivery and a phone call an hour before arrival was useful information. Delivery men unpacked and checked goods with me and removed all packaging - all in all an excellent service. Read Full Review »
