    I paid an uplift charge for my old fridge freezer but the delivery driver refused to uplift as he stated he had no notification to do so. I phoned Sainsburys and emphasised the total charge included the uplift charge of £7.50. Poor customer care, damage to stainless steel surface not accepted even though delivered in evening when proper inspection not possible.
