    Both the service and speed of delivery were excellent. Furthermore, despite reading other comments about the difficulty in assembly, I assembled the cooker hood without any problem.
    I had a slight problem of a bump on the corner of the bottom section of the chimney-stack. A call to the supplier and a replacement section was delivered to me on time as per their promise. EXCELLENT. Read Full Review »

    The only thing that let this transaction down was the delivery men. I did have a bit of trouble ordering but that was more due to my bank rather than the supplier. I was a little let down in that I was originally advised the night before, by text, that my delivery would be between 8 & 12 and then received a call at 8.10 on the morning of delivery saying that it would be between 11 & 3 with no go...
