    The delivery group obviously didn t read the instructions regarding phone number to ring to confirm delivery tiome as they twice used the incorrect number, even though I had quite clearly completed the form.

    Purchased a fridge from Sainsburys Kitchen Appliances, they failed to deliver it on two occasions so wasted one saturday waiting in all day for nothing and also wasted a days holiday on the following thursday, still no fridge.
