Fridge is great but it was delivered a day late I had booked for an installation and removal of old fridge but the drivers new nothing about this. They waited while we rang sainsburys who confirmed that I should have had an install etc. but they could not ask this delivery team to do it and they also couldn t take away the old fridge as they weren t insured. all in all an excellent purchasing experience and it was great that delivery time was advised as morning or afternoon slots, so no need to hang round all day waiting for delivery. Also the driver phoned approx 1/2 hour prior to delivery to give us an exact time of arrival which I think is great customer service. Read Full Review »

I bought from this Merchant because they had the best price, and I trusted the name. Bought on-line on a Monday, given Thursday as delivery day. They phone you the night before with a four hour delivery slot.Mine was 13.00 - 17.00.Delivery men phoned at 16.00 to say they were running late. By 17.00 they had still not arrived, eventually turning up at 17.30, making me very late for an appointment.
