    Sainsbury kept me well informed during the whole process, they delivered on time and the delivery men were friendly. I was able to choose the delivery date in advance and the broad time, they then confirmed a broad delivery window a week before and tightened this up the day before.

    Although I was very happy with the ordering process and the quality of the goods, I was not happy with the delivery. The delivery men ticked "No" for all the questions on the left hand side of the sheet and then asked me to sign.
