I am amaized at the communication provided by the vendor, from the time of placing the order to recieving goods.
The delivery men were very friendly, professional and more than helpful, putting the appliance in the exact place I needed it. All packaging and old appliance were removed with ease and conducted willingly.

I ordered the appliance and paid rapid delivery which meant ordering on a Saturday and delivery on a Wednesday, due to the snowy conditions they were unable to deliver between the window of 7am - 11am but phoned at 10:55am on the Wednesday to inform me, they rearranged for the Thursday but the weather conditions meant the same issue but this time they phoned at 5pm to tell me they would not be abl... Sainsburys Kitchens have been very good. Wide choice of appliances with full technical information available. Very good price. Delivery process was excellent with confirmation of the day of delivery a few days ahead, warning by phone and txt the day before to inform about time slot and a call from the delivery driver about one hour before.

I was rather overwhelmed with the number of emails, text messages and phone calls I received after ordering the appliance.

Great to have updates on the progress, but three updates a day?

However, extremely pleased with the whole process from start to finish.
