I received a phone call 1 day before the delivery date saying the oven was out of stock and my goods will not be delivered till the 10th March. But when it came to delivery the driver was almost an hour late and gave me the excuse of coming from Manchester and traffic.     The only reason for the "poor" rating on customer care was not Sainsbury s direct fault. The contractors it used to deliver and install the waching machine were pretty poor. I had paid for a full installation. The chap responsible for installing was obviously (and I mean really obviously) in a very big hurry to get onto the next job.
