The Fridge Freezer was showing as in

The Fridge Freezer was showing as in stock when I ordered it, the money was taken immediately from my credit card...confirmation emails received for 2 weeks upto and including day before delivery. Then received a phone call less than 20 hours before delivery to tell me that the item was discontinued and not available. Alternatives suggested were far more expensive, and would be at my cost, and could not be delivered until a week later. I could have got the same item from other sources slightly cheaper but decided to buy from Sainsbury s because of their reputation and service (big well known company), I could also have bought the item a week before my delivery date from B & Q with 15% off making it cheaper than Sainsbury s had I known earlier that it wasn t available. I ve had to cancel the Order and buy the fridge from elsewhere, it s now 3 days later and I ve still not got my money back. They said it could take up to 5 days, but strangely they can TAKE the money immediately. I m NOT happy and would never buy from them again!!!!!!!
