Ordered very late on a Friday Night.

Ordered very late on a Friday Night. Received a phone call from them the following morning to confirm the order and the delivery date. Received a SMS the day before the delivery to tell me the 4 hour slot in which they would deliver. Received a telephone call from the driver prior to delivery to tell me he was on his way. They delivered within the time slot, unpacked the appliance, allowed time for us to inspect the appliance before signing for the delivery and removing the packaging.
The only suggestion I would make is that it would be helpful to have more product information on their web site
