Whilst the overall service was

Whilst the overall service was excellent, the only gripe I had was that I had paid for the installation of the washing machine and when it arrived it was not possible for the men to connect it (an insurance issue which I fully appreciated). I then contacted Sainsbury s to ask for a refund of the cost and they refused quoting the terms and conditions of the purchase. I must say that I did not read these fully, but then again who does. So beware, if the installation is aborted, you will not get your money back!
