Ordered two items and paid in full.

Ordered two items and paid in full. Agreed delivery date, received text message to mobile confirming delivery.Two working days before delivery was left a message on home phone that due to manufacturing delay delivery would not be for a further three weeks. The contact telephone number given was incorrect and when I finally made contact with customer care they informed me that despite having paid several weeks earlier, they did not hold any stock, would not deliver the item that was supposedly available as it was not their policy, and that in three weeks time I could have the same experience again. All the time retaining full payment for both items. I used Sainsbury s because it was a name I knew. Never again!
