Delivery due on a Friday was postponed

Delivery due on a Friday was postponed until Monday as the lorry had broken down, otherwise a very easy ordering and delivery process. Didn t like being phoned beforehand by someone who appeared to be connected to Sainsbury s assuming I would insure the fridge-freezer for an ongoing monthly sum that would be taken via the credit card I d used to pay for the item - I had to quite forcefully resist and refuse!
