I ordered the appliance and paid rapid

I ordered the appliance and paid rapid delivery which meant ordering on a Saturday and delivery on a Wednesday, due to the snowy conditions they were unable to deliver between the window of 7am - 11am but phoned at 10:55am on the Wednesday to inform me, they rearranged for the Thursday but the weather conditions meant the same issue but this time they phoned at 5pm to tell me they would not be able to deliver. They offered me delivery on Sunday morning which I told them I would get back to them and delivered the machine at 6:52am on Sunday with me not having confirmed my availability... all in all a lack of communication from their logistics team
