I received numerous text messages and emails about my product order and delivery. But when it came to delivery the driver was almost an hour late and gave me the excuse of coming from Manchester and traffic. Ocado can make a delivery within a half hour time slot in London and this driver couldn t hit a four hour window. Customer service stated the drivers phone went to voicemail. Rubbish on delivery in my opionion.
