Although I was very happy with the ordering process and the quality of the goods, I was not happy with the delivery. The delivery men ticked "No" for all the questions on the left hand side of the sheet and then asked me to sign. By reading the small print it stated that I had refused to allow them to unpack the goods and that I would have no comeback if they were damaged. I was not asked and I then stated that I thought delivery included unpacking and removal of packaging. This they did and crossed out all the "No" responses and changed them to "Yes". I thought this was extremely poor.
