Fridge is great but it was delivered a

Fridge is great but it was delivered a day late I had booked for an installation and removal of old fridge but the drivers new nothing about this. They waited while we rang sainsburys who confirmed that I should have had an install etc. but they could not ask this delivery team to do it and they also couldn t take away the old fridge as they weren t insured. After a bit of to and fro they agreed to cover the cost of a private install etc and I just need to send them the invoices. So a fair if inconvenient option. The team then brought the fridge in but managed to scratch it so we had to ring up sainsburys again. In the end we accepted some money off. Very nice people to deal with and best website for info on the product. Previous order arrived without hiccups.
