I bought from this Merchant because they had the best price, and I trusted the name. Bought on-line on a Monday, given Thursday as delivery day. They phone you the night before with a four hour delivery slot.Mine was 13.00 - 17.00.Delivery men phoned at 16.00 to say they were running late. By 17.00 they had still not arrived, eventually turning up at 17.30, making me very late for an appointment.
The merchant also phoned after I had bought the machine, offering a cover scheme, which seemed good value, but have heard nothing since.
