Bought a Siemens washing machine with a

Bought a Siemens washing machine with a 5yr guarantee. However did not receive the relevant paper work and had a bit of a mare rang the phone no. on the Free 2 year guarantee form, was told they could only give 2yrs and asked who was giving me 5. Rang Sainsburys, was told to go onto Siemens web site, after much messing about on the web site eventually found the relevant form. Surely Sainsbury s should have delivered the relevant form with my appliance.
