The delivery group obviously didn t read

The delivery group obviously didn t read the instructions regarding phone number to ring to confirm delivery tiome as they twice used the incorrect number, even though I had quite clearly completed the form.
Also I did not expect an initial call under the pretext of ensuring I was happy with the order with the sole purpose of trying to sell me insurance!
