Once again have been thoroughly

Once again have been thoroughly disappointed by another sainsburys company. Several years ago they failed to deliver the flowers my son bought for his mum online. This time Sainsburys Appliances forgot to put my cooker on the van despite telling me it was on it s way that day and despite my having the electrician disconnect my old appliance and subsequent my need to buy takeaway meals. My cooker arrived 5-6 days later. They were totally unaccountable and accepted no resposibility in terms of my extra costs. Shockingly bad service, avoid them.
