Easy ordering and pre delivery

Easy ordering and pre delivery information. Late delivery outwith advised time. Poor customer care, damage to stainless steel surface not accepted even though delivered in evening when proper inspection not possible. Driver claimed he would write not inspected on delivery note, but not done.
