I ordered a washer dryer and had no problem with the ordering process. However delivery failed twice as Hotpoint did not deliver to the couriers that Sainsburys use. On both occasions I was not informed that there was a problem, I had to do the chasing. After the first failed delivery I was reassured that I was a cherished customer and that they have never had 2 failed deliveries so the revised delivery date would be met. I have cancelled the order and have gone elsewhere and would not use this company again. I order a lot of goods over the internet and have never encountered these problems before.
