Ordered two items the same, one faulty, took ages to get anywhere had to have it inspected then await collection, first delivery 8th April they can t replace it so asked for refund, just got it 1st June!!! Read Full Review »

The item showed as in stock, a deliverey date was given including text messages, phone messages and email confirmation, and then the date was postponed by 5 days. The reason that we purchased from the merchant was that the item was in stock and showed that a rapid delivery service was available. This was frustrating and I felt the internet had shown a false advertisment.
