Faulty Goods - No refund. Purchased a

Faulty Goods - No refund.

Purchased a washing machine, wrong item delivered, then next choice not in stock. Finally ordered a more expensive model which leaked. Reported to them within seven days. They refused to refund me or provide a direct replacement (in breach of consumer law) stating its a matter for the manufacturer. Reported to trading standards and attempting to recover my money via Visa. Be warned if anything goes wrong they don't want to know - you have been warned.
