We could have purchased our cooker at a

We could have purchased our cooker at a cheaper price from another company who delivered direct from the manufactures but chose Appliance Deals because it said 48 hour rapid delivery which we thought would be quicker. It turned out that Appliance Deals only does rapid delivery on certain items and they had to order our cooker from the manufacturer and then deliver it to us. We selected the earliest available delivery timeslot but were telephoned the next day and were told because we orderd the cooker at 10p.m. the timeslot we had chosen was not available and it could not be delivered until the day after that. Thus we ordered it on 7th. May and it was delivered on 14th.May at the time they had stated. Apart from that problem the service was very good.
