The ordering and arrival of my cooker,

The ordering and arrival of my cooker, was fairly straightforward. However the cooker has a fault and despite emailing the company 3-4 times I have not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement. Very poor after sales service and if you receive a faulty item - good luck with that! I will have to resort to hanging on the phone no doubt at great cost to me.
