The product I ordered was not

The product I ordered was not immediately available from the manufacturer. Appliance Deals contacted me to ask if I wanted to consider an in-stock alternative, but when I confirmed that I d wait for my first choice, Appliance Deals then kept me informed of the status of my order.

At all stages their communications were excellent and, when a delivery date was confirmed, the appliance arrived exactly as advised. As well as contacting me the evening before to advisea 4-hour delivery window, the delivery driver called one hour before arriving with the appliance.

I have been very impressed with Appliance Deals service, would certainly use them again, and would recommend them without hesitation.

And.....as an added bonus, their price was the best I could find!!
