Only sore point - Paid for machine

Only sore point - Paid for machine installation, but engineers came with no tools, no preparation hoping that all they had to do was plug the machine in, connect cold water pipe and charge 20quid(!) They decided they couldn t help when the cold water supply was hard to open and disappeared pretty sharpish. Fortunately, the company agreed to refund installation charges.
Customer services is generally very good from my experience of buying my washer dryer; courteous and calm just as it should be. The installers spoiled it for them though...
