I ordered 3 kitchen appliances on-line

I ordered 3 kitchen appliances on-line (all Hotpoint), including an electric double oven, a ceramic hob and a cooker hood. Ordering and payment were straightforward. Within 2 hours of placing the order (on a Sunday) I had a phone call to arrange delivery. The items were delivered at exactly the time stipulated. Unfortunately the ceramic hob was damaged, it was put back on the lorry and I received a call within 2 hours to arrange delivery of a new one within 1 week.
