Awful customer service. We waited for

Awful customer service. We waited for almost a month for 4 dinning chairs. Then we received an email on Monday afternoon saying that the delivered would be on Tuesday. Had to take a day off from work and we found out that two of the chairs came with the wrong legs. On Wednesday we called to complain. They said they would send 2 new chairs, which was good. Then they said the delivered had to be during the week again (on Friday). We said it'd have to be in the morning, but they said it was not possible, they can't estimate the delivery time. Then on Thursday we had to phone them 5 times to confirm if we were receiving the chairs on Friday (tomorrow) and they still don't know. THey are saying Friday or Monday, which means that we have to wait tomorrow and on Monday. Total 3 days off waiting for our chairs. What is really frustrating is that, even though it was their mistake, they don't make any effort to compensate it and make our lives easier. If we want our chairs we have to wait at home on the days they choose and that's it. Ridiculous.

Not to mention that we bought a sofa there before and the holes on the frame didn't quite match the ones on the sofa itself, so it was really hard to make them fit.
