I went to purchase a coat stand and 3

I went to purchase a coat stand and 3 dining chairs in Dwell's Islington store. Virtually nothing in the store was in stock. I needed the chairs for the weekend and was ensured that my 3rd choice, yes 3rd!, would be delivered to the store on Friday, the day after ordering. I was told this was the case as my order was placed before noon on the Thursday. Having just called the store 1. they were not delivered, 2. they were not on the van for delivery today, 3. they would not be delivered until monday, 4. they will not refund UNTIL they have been delivered!!! Shocking shocking company! I would advise anyone looking for furniture to avoid these clowns!
