ordered a high gloss desk (and other

ordered a high gloss desk (and other high value products) and after getting it home found it had been manufactured wrong - bigger hole drilled so making assembly impossible.

upon phoning them up they refused to order a replacement in without seeing the original so now having to make 2 long trips to the store.

would not shop with them again as the customer service for such a large order is terrible
