Customer Services lets this shop down.
Purchased a bed which was faulty and made to wait several weeks for a guy to come out to inspect the bed and agreed we had a fault, but was unable to take the bed away. They replacement bed took over 6 weeks to be 'quality inspected'. It arrived stamped 'quality inspected' all over it, but low and behold the same fault occured. Had no end of trouble getting them to fix it. Also purchased some dining chairs at the same time which were fine, except 1 chair had a rubber bit missing off the bottom, my husband had to make at least 10 calls into customer services in order to get the little piece sent out. Lastly I ordered placemats online.. and didn't receive a confirmation email, so phoned Customer services concerned and they told me to reorder as it hadn't gone through, but sure enough I have now been charged for them twice & am having difficulty returning the second unwanted consignment. Get your act together Dwell!
