Dwell has really poor customer service

Dwell has really poor customer service and made a mess of my delivery twice. I have been waiting for almost 3 months and I'm trying to find out how I am to receive my furniture. I would advise not to buy through Dwell, if anything goes wrong no-one can help you over the telephone and no-one will respond to your emails, and like me you could end up nearly £300 out of pocket and not know where your furniture is. It seems so easy in the shop, but I guess once they have your money Dwell don't care
