All looking good, items arrived on time.

All looking good, items arrived on time. Delivery guys had no trolley, one of them tried to carry a chest of drawers on his shoulder, slammed into fence post then later dropped it; completely broken. Accidents happen, opened both the other boxes to find those items damaged as well. Phoned Dwell who informed me I would have to wait another month for replacements, even though I had waited a month already and the items had only just come in.

I get the impression this is a mail-order direct from china operation with a few shops to give it credibility. They must only order what is required by customers to run out again immediately. The box had obviously come direct from china and Dwell themselves admitted they only check a few. The largest box had a total of NINE holes in it where it had been thrown about and damaged in transit.

Dont buy from this shop, you'll get better service elsewhere.
