AWFULL AWFULL AWFULLL.... Dont use this store. they haven't a clue about customer service!
After making a complaint about their delivery persons ruining my brand new carpets by stupidly walking thick black muck all the way through my hallway/lounge, I then decided to make a complaint.
After several emails we're ignored (just automated emails were received). I then phoned up, at one branch i had someone put the phone down on me. I finally got the number to customer services and they said they'd not received any of my emails.. funny that, since i had automated reply's from dwell saying they were dealing with my request.
Approx 2 weeks later i got an offer of a refund of my delivery fee (£40). another week and a half later and I still haven't received it. Called a london branch and asked for a number to customer services and i've been given a fax number... typical!
Don't bother with this store.. they really are a waste of time.
