Dwell

If only I'd read these reviews before I bought from dwell. I ordered a sofa from their north london Branch. The sofa was cheap and delivery date was speedy.

What they failed to tell me was that the sofa needs its legs screwed in by the customer. The definition of self assembly is that even a kid with a scewdriver could do it. When we got the sofa it was the delivery guys who told me about the legs.

There were no pre-drilled holes or instructions. I attempted to put in a screw but it blatantly needed a drill as you were blindly gong into solid wood. I informed customer services who were extremely sacastic and unsympathetic. I have informed trading standards who have confirmed that they have breached the trade descriptions law.

I would advise anyone to not fund such a shoddy operation and put your money elsewhere. Definitely do not buy anything that requires any form of self-assembly.
