Ordering over the phone was

Ordering over the phone was straightfoward. Delivery by parcel force in 5 working days. On opening the box and unpacking we found that the electrical plug had been damaged. On phoning the store they took care of the problem without fuss and arranged for a replacement item to be delivery from the manufacturer, Domotec. This was delivered and the original taken away. Absolutely excellent service and could highly recommend this shop based on this experience.
