    Ordering over the phone was straightfoward. Delivery by parcel force in 5 working days. On opening the box and unpacking we found that the electrical plug had been damaged. On phoning the store they took care of the problem without fuss and arranged for a replacement item to be delivery from the manufacturer, Domotec. This was delivered and the original taken away.     I needed delivery in time for Christmas, and although no promise could be made, I was assured Deals4U would do what they could to oblige.

    My order was processed on Mon 22-Dec and the product was delivered lunchtime on Tues 23-Dec.
