    Thank you very much for your feedback - we value our customers comments, good and bad and always try and learn from the experience.
    I have investigated this, and it appears our supplier Elica moved the expected delivery date to us back 3 times thus delaying the delivery from our original estimates. You had purchased this item on the 19/02/10 and we had originally advised you that this was due in 1st week March to which you agreed to wait. In reality the goods did not appear in from Elica until 16th March, just over 1 week late. I think our information to you could have been better in relaying the delayed stock situation however I am really impressed with my teams turnaround once we received these goods as it was delivered to you on 17th March - the next day once received.

    May I take this opportunity to apologise for the delay in supplying these goods and hope we can be of service to you again soon.
