I placed an order for an exercise cycle then realised that the item ordered was too big for the space assigned. I emailed the store repeatedly to cancel the order using the email address given on their website and also their email contact form, but received no reply or confirmation. I then telephoned the company and had to wait over 20 minutes to speak to someone, who then put me through to the wrong department to cancel the order. I was given an email address to send the cancellation to and when I sent the email I received a reply that the email could not be delivered to the address given! I then called the company again and after a while I was told my order would be cancelled and removed from the delivery van and I would receive email confirmation of this. However that was hours ago, in fact I have been chasing this matter since five hours ago and still have received no confirmation. Definitely would not recommend their customer service. However, I have to say that the bike was next day delivery and they did say it was ready for delivery as planned.
