    We went to the store and found everybody most helpful. They did not rush or push us into buying anything and they were more than happy to show us a range of machines that may have suited us.
    We settled for a "Fluid Machine" and an "Eliptical Trainer."

I actually rang the customer service centre as i wasnt sure about which product to buy or the security of ordering on line.     Quick to take your order and money, but if the goods come through damaged, then they don't want to know. We had half a water rower that arrived in a poor packaged state (other half to follow I guess), although we signed for the delivery and stated UNCHECKED, this wasn't good enough.
