My Canon 850IS camera did not come with

My Canon 850IS camera did not come with any manual. The box was complete, even a 'proper' sticker on the box cover. However, the item was probably opened by Camerabox, and the manual not included. Despite informing them via phone and email several times, it has been 3 months, and still no manual was sent to me. Lacks customer service. Read Full Review »

I ordered my Nikon bundle at 17.08 on 18/08/08. I then phoned to enquire about delivery,was told to expect it between 9am and 5pm,order arrived at about 2pm by DHL. Put new lens on my camera and started shooting.What more can I say? I'm a very satisfied customer. Read Full Review »

I reviewed this company about 9 months ago having got nowhere with a faulty camera that I returned to them. Their customer service was poor, to say the least, emails and phone messages were ignored. Today, OVER ONE YEAR AFTER RETURNING THE CAMERA, I finally received a refund!! Would recommend for good prices, but definitely not for customer service. They simply have no idea how to deal with the customers that pay their wages. The initial ordering and delivery of the camera was fine, but once a fault developed and the camera returned, the after sales service was APPALLING. They quoted 2 weeks for repair. My order generated from their website clearly showed one camera ordered - the notice to their salesteam showed two although clearly showing payment for only one camera!
