I placed an order with different

I placed an order with different delivery and invoice addresses. The invoice was emailed showing the delivery address as the invoice address so I mailed asking this to be changed. I received a mail demanding that I get in touch by phone, after 10am the next day. There was no answer on their lines.
When I finally did get through the following day, I'm told, "You placed the order wrong" and was accused of "causing the problem".
I cancelled the order on the spot. I think this is the worst customer service I have received in a long, long time. I would highly recommend people not even to try using this site.
